What you are agreeing to

When you tick the checkbox and submit, you ask Bilal, the builder of ReelPilot, to email you about the product you selected, Jarvis or ReelPilot. This does not subscribe you to general marketing or create a product account. There is no promised launch date.

Gmail and Google sign-in

New interest requests require an address ending in @gmail.com. This is our current beta policy; authentication uses Google sign-in only. Submitting an address does not verify ownership, sign you in or grant access. Existing registrations are retained.

What we store

Your selected product, email, signup time, consent version and whether you arrived through the founder-video link. Your email and consent details are encrypted by the application and stored server-side in the existing Jarvis Firebase database. A keyed identifier prevents repeat signups from creating duplicate records. Only the designated owner can view or export the list through the application.

Manual ReelPilot access

Bilal may manually approve, reject or revoke ReelPilot access for your registered Google email. We store a signed, email-hash-bound membership status and decision time, and an encrypted administrative decision history. Approval never grants Jarvis or administrator access. Google sign-in verifies ownership of the approved email. No approval or invitation is automatic.

Approved use creates your own private briefs, media, workflow and production records. Revocation blocks new access but does not automatically delete saved files or recall existing short-lived media links. Membership and decision records currently have no fixed deletion schedule; request removal through the same contact process below.

Abuse prevention

We store keyed, time-windowed request counters for network addresses and emails. We do not store raw IP addresses in signup records. Infrastructure providers may keep their own operational request logs. This is a basic abuse safeguard, not email verification.

What does not happen

The form does not publish your email, grant workspace access, charge you, or automatically send a message. Your address is not added to another product’s list.

Removal and retention

You may withdraw your interest by replying to any early-access email and asking for removal. No messages are sent automatically by this form. A self-service removal link and a fixed retention schedule are not implemented yet; this list is kept while early access for your selected product is being organized. If those limitations are not suitable for you, please do not submit your address.
